Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 sprigs mint leaves only
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2½ oz bourbon

Equipment

  • rocks glass
  • cocktail muddler

Method
 

  1. Muddle leaves with simple syrup in rocks glass; add bourbon; fill with crushed ice. Stir & serve.
