  • 2 oz rye
  • 3 dashes angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp water
  • ½ tsp simple syrup
  • orange peel

Equipment

  • rocks glass

Method
 

  1. Combine rye, bitters, water, and simple syrup in a rocks glass. Stir; do not shake. Add ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.
