- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the gin, carrot juice, lemon juice, and ginger syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or flute.
- Top with the Prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon twist, carrot ribbon, or a small carrot frond.
- Serve immediately.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger, sliced
