I ordered a plan but didn’t get a download email, what should I do?
You should have received a download email immediately after purchase.
First, check your junk or spam folder in your email. Occasionally email providers tag emails from fulfillment systems and if you didn’t see your download link, it’s probably there.
Occasionally people use a different email address to order plans (I get it… you’re buying something from an independent website on the internet) and they forget to check that email box. The download link will go to the address used on the order. If that’s you, also check there.
If you still don’t see an email, you can reach out to me at [email protected] and I will regenerate a download link.
I ordered the wrong plan, can I exchange it?
Ordered a queen size bed when you need a king version? Just reach out to me via email above (please include your order number) and I’ll be happy to send you the correct one.
I ordered a plan but got a .skp file. What’s that?
You likely intended to order a PDF plan, but selected the downloadable SketchUp model instead. An .skp file is a 3D model that must be opened in SketchUp. That’s not what you wanted? Not to worry, just shoot me an email (again, please include your order number) and I’ll be happy to send you the PDF.
