A Bright Vision of the Future

“What’s in it for me” is a fundamental question of human nature. If you want me to buy into your vision, you probably ought to figure out how you can make that vision relevant to me.

Instead of complaining about why people don’t embrace your vision of the future why don’t you spend more time giving them a bright vision of theirs – individually and specifically.

Nothing engages the heart and mind, motivates the soul and builds fierce loyalty quite like having a bright vision of future. My future that is.

At the end of the day our future is what we really care about, not someone else’s.

The magical thing about inspiration is that it works equally well for employees, prospects, customers, spouses and children.
