I’ll miss one of our long time employees who’s last day with the company is tomorrow. She’s taking a great opportunity with our parent company, but will be sorely missed at our firm. She started shortly before I did and we’ve worked together over a decade now; it’s hard to believe I’ve been in one place that long!
As a parting gift, I sketched a portrait of her and her sister-in-law, who also works with us, from a picture I snapped at the office. This was my first attempt to do a sketch of more than one person in the same drawing. Not sure my scan does it justice, but hopefully I’m improving with each one of these I do!
